Away Match Preview: D.C. United

Washington D.C. -- The Los Angeles Football Club is on the road again, this time crossing nearly 2,700 miles to the District of Columbia.

The nation's capital is a place full of history, monuments, highly-opinionated politicians and working class folk who rarely shift their beliefs. D.C. United reflects the city's attitude onto the field, playing an assertive football style that won’t change for any visiting opponent.

Wayne Rooney and D.C. United come home after a controversial road win against Orlando City. Rooney, who is averaging a goal a game, will look to test Tyler Miller and the LAFC defense in an expectedly loud Audi Field. D.C. supporters will surely come out full force to boast an atmosphere close to the one produced by The 3252.

Along with LAFC, The 3252 comes in tow ready to lend a hand to the boys in Black-and-Gold. Although the caravan will not be as numerous as the one last week at Avaya, the passionate faithful will support and hopefully inspire some Hollywood magic in the capital city.

The Black and Gold meet the Black and Red in a clash at the capital to determine the rightful owner of the top spot in the league.
